Went in with the intentions of getting a family vehicle and salesman didn’t bother to acknowledge my wife. Manager took my vehicle and drove it without my knowledge or consent after saying they needed to “visually inspect it.” Waited until the end of the transaction to prep the vehicle for sale which resulted in me having to leave the dealership in a loaner car. The following day the dealership didn’t finish the detail and services until nearly 1pm. The dealership has had no sense of urgency to process registration of vehicle to the dmv and after expressing concern we received no response from the salesperson. Overall, we were underwhelmed with the entire process and would not recommend anyone to use them.

I commend you for putting the star rating as the first thing the customer must rate your performance on. Bold. My experience began by inquiring about a 2025 - GMC 2500 HD SLT pickup in Volcanic Ash Red. I wanted the complete towing package that would permit me to pull a travel trailer one day. I chose to shop by electronic means, via contact through the dealership chat box, followed by several text messages with sales consultant Jessica Zanabria. Jessica was extremely helpful. She took the time I needed to answer my questions. With a purchase of this size, like anyone in my position would have done, I shopped around. Of the four dealerships I was dealing with, each sales consultant, but Jessica, did their best to get me into the building. Jessica did not. She knew I was a committed buyer, and did her homework to help ease the stress of this purchase. I am very thankful that Jessica was my sales consultant. Dealership review - Ben Mynatt was excellent. The leadership making the decisions on price were patient allowing me to ask questions. They explained the pricing breakdown and presented a price. I countered with one offer and it was accepted. The offer was not a lowball offer, but what I thought was a fair purchase price. On the day of pickup it was late in the evening. I had to drive about 1-hour to arrive at the dealership. The vehicle was ready, and paperwork took about 1.5 hours from start to finish. Extended warranty was not pushed on me but offered. Well explained. I purchased a mid-range plan. I paid cash (check) for this purchase and I never felt I was being penalized for not financing the vehicle. I am glad I chose Ben Mynatt Buick GMC.

I took my daughter vehicle in to get an oil change and the advisor suggested a tire rotation as well. I authorized the repairs and I requested a multipoint inspection. After about an hour and twenty minutes another service advisor came in telling me that the truck was completed. I assume the advisor went out to lunch and left me hanging, I never received a multipoint inspection so I assume it wasn’t done being there wasn’t a copy presented to me or attached to the invoice. I never got to sign off on the hard copy of the invoice and that’s a no no according to GM. Normally myself I always got great service here so I’m not sure what happened this time. All I know is that when I managed a dealership the signature was always required, the 27 point should’ve been filled by the tech, the invoice should’ve never passed the dispatch desk without a signature and the advisor should’ve never paid the tech and print out a customer copy of the final invoice without the proper paperwork being completed.

I arrived at 1:15pm for my 1:30pm appointment for an oil change. I was not greeted, I gave my name and what service I was there for…I walked into the waiting area, it was full, no where to sit. No problem, I walked up front to the sales area and sat there for a while, then I went back to the waiting area. Sat there until 3pm, I decided to go into the service area to ask for an update on my car. Much to my surprise it was sitting in the Bay Area, finished, but no one had advised me.

I arrived a little early for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. After checking in with the service writer, my truck was taken immediately to the shop and I was given a courtesy ride to a nearby restaurant. Less than an hour later I received a text that my truck was ready and I was picked up and returned to the dealership. Check out was completed quickly. The staff here is always courteous and accommodating with top notch service. I have never had a bad experience here and highly recommend.

I have had two scheduled re-calls in the past two weeks, and they have yet to fix them. They could not complete the recalls initially because I had a telemetric module not working. Came back a week later and they still did not fix the problem. After a week they did not have the module and had not ordered one. I wasted about 4 hours at the dealership with no results. I was not offered a courtesy vehicle while I waited, and in fact was told that none were available. I live and work 30 miles from the dealership, so I have no choice but wait while the truck is repaired. As soon as I get this fixed and the re-calls taken care of, I plan to trade this vehicle (not at this dealership) and go back to a Dodge RAM.

First and foremost I think theirs is a communication breakdown. I had to call several times to see what was going on with my vehicle and drive to the dealership. Had my vehicle for a month. I was told that they were going to put off working on it because they could not find out what was going on with it and it was using a lot of technician time. They also called the warranty company to see if they were going to cover the technician's time spent doing the job. There was a misunderstanding between the service advisor and the warranty company. So after all this, they figured out what the problem was. After they fixed it the warranty company paid their part and I paid mine. Took the vehicle home and still had a problem with it. I brought it back to the dealership they said had to leave it with them for a few days so they could see what was wrong with it. Keep in mind that they already had my vehicle for a month. I'm so disappointed with the service.

That's a real cheapskate decision by GM, one I'll remember a long time.

Don't offer appointments on Saturdays if your employees don't want to be there. We came in for oil change and mentioned squeeky breaks. He said our car is too new for break issues and dismissed our concern. Then he pulled up a list of "needs" that my vehicle is due at 15k miles and wanted to charge me nearly $700 including wiper blades. I think I know when my blades are bad, but not my brakes apparently. When I told him that I had paid for a maintenance package he then told me what he could do today that was covered. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your dealership on Friday, May 23, 2025, for an oil change. When I arrived for my 8:00 AM appointment, I explained that I had purchased an oil change plan from another dealership. During my last visit, the manager at your location assured me that you would honor my certificate. I handed over my Yukon and was told the service would be completed shortly. However, after waiting for three hours, I was informed that the dealership would not honor the oil change contract and that I would be charged $180 since the service had already been completed. My first concern is that no one reviewed my warranty or service contract before beginning the work. This should have been done at the outset to avoid unnecessary charges and misunderstandings. My second concern is the excessive wait time. I was told that my appointment was delayed because of a duplicate reservation, and I had been bumped. If that was the case, I should have been notified immediately so I could make alternative arrangements. This lack of communication was both inconvenient and unprofessional. Additionally, I have attempted to contact the dealership several times following this incident and have yet to receive a return call. Based on this experience, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with your dealership. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your customer service process.

I can’t give five stars because I had a DeWalt phone charger and lightning cable,worth about 55 dollars at Lowe’s, stolen out of my glove box.I was charging my phone on the way there.When I arrived,I unplugged it and put it in the glove box.The next day,Sunday,I took a road trip to SC that morning.I opened the glove box to get my charger out and it was gone.I’m sure I put it in there,because that’s where I always keep it.I double checked all through my truck before I assumed the worst and did not find it.There is no other reasonable explanation because nobody is ever in my truck but me.I have had a great experience there thus far and I hate the feeling of lost trust.It’s not as if I left my gun or wallet in my truck (although there’s no excuse for theft,period),but the notion that I have to strip my truck of personal possessions to bring it in for service is outrageous.I look forward to hearing back from you soon,and maybe we can find a solution to this.Hopefully there are cameras in the service bay. Service was ok. I had a 7:00 appointment. I was there at 6:55 for an oil change/tire rotation. There was 1 car in front of me. My car was ready for pickup at 9:15, I didn't anticipate being there for over 2 hours and was late getting back to work. I've never had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change, especially having one of the first 2 appointments in the day.

The buy back experience from the lemon law was such a headache. The salesman was un informed on how to correctly handle the situation. The then manager Jeff never wanted to speak with me and was very pushy about getting the deal done. Then the situation was handed to a new manger who was more polite. I was also told that i wasn't going to be offered the life time warranty the dealership offers on every car because it was a buy back. I didn't understand why not if both vehicles came from Ben Mynatt lot. I wasn't satisfied with how the situation was handled but i do love my 2025 Envista

Bought new 2025 Yukon Denali on June 10th and there was a part in cup holder that covered the phone charger was not working properly. I was going on vacation to the Keys so service department said they would fix when I returned. Went back to service department on July 1st and was told they needed to order whole new cup holder assembly. I was not very happy. Why didn’t they order parts on June 10th or 11th so they could have fixed when I returned from vacation. Very sloppy business

I do have an issue with the wait period being that i arrived on time 8:00am bit did not leave until 4:30pm(8.5hrs). also the work was done per a diagnostic done 1 wk earlier that recommended cabin air filter be replaced and was not(verified by service rep looking at copy of my billing). all in all appreciated the work done but would also emphasize attention to details of a diagnostic and making every effort to get customer out as soon as possible being I am paying dealership pricing for an older vehicle (1897.00). thanks j.green

Thank you for asking for my personal feedback. Let me start off thanking Mr. Chris Proffitt for assisting me and helping me get my vehicle repaired. He was on it and did an awesome job getting me in and out in one day. It's nice to see that you have a benchmark service writer once again. I personally rate him "EXCELLENT" However, I was somewhat disappointed with some of the repair work that was performed. I originally came it to have the thermostat changed out due to service engine error that occurred while driving to work that same day. Also, I elected to have rear brakes installed and the brake fluid changed / flushed out for the entire system, however after the work was completed and returned home I checked things out after waiting 30 min. I removed the brake fluid reservoir cap because I couldn't see where the brake fluid level was. The fluid was over filled and literally spilled off the top rim after opening. The inside of the cap looked dirty as well as if it fell or placed somewhere that attracted dust. the worst part was the new brake fluid looked dirtier than when I brought it in. Personally, at every oil change I perform (roughly 3000 - 3600 miles), I also use a new syringe to suck out as much the brake fluid from the reservoir and re-fill using top grade brake fluid. I keep that fluid extremely clean and now very disappointed how it looks dirty and used. Lastly, all the bleeder valves did NOT have the little rubber covers or grommets. That really hit home for me. In truth, paying the amount of money for these jobs is absorbingly high, but I chose to do it. I also deserve the best repair service for the money. I take optimal care of my vehicle and do expect the same when I pay for service. Maybe I should have talked with the mechanic first. Mechanic rating maybe will need a little help and being young, I know he will learn to pay better attention to detail. If I do decide to have future service, I will entertain a good discussion with the mechanic working on my vehicle. Thank you, DNT
